视觉智能平台使用通用分割功能出现比较多报错是什么原因？[视觉智能开放平台]

问题1：https://help.aliyun.com/zh/viapi/developer-reference/general-segmentation-2/?spm=a2c4g.11186623.0.0.9d4d2d3bc3RbYu 使用通用分割功能出现比较多的这种报错，麻烦看下什么原因

1. AccessDenied Invalid according to Policy
2. Invalid according to Policy: Policy expired.
3. HTTPSConnectionPool(host=’viapi-customer-pop.oss-cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com’, port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=10.0)

问题2：HTTPSConnectionPool(host=’viapi-customer-pop.oss-cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com’, port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=10.0) 报这种错误，那个参数可以调整 read timeout 时间

已经设置了 好像不生效，需要在其他地方设置吗？
